We had another workday yesterday. When we were through, we had 112 dolls nearly completed. Several of them needed some finishing touches, like necklaces, bows for the girls and bandanas for the boys. I want to thank Myra Garrett and Carlyn Hensen for contributing dolls they completed at home. There will be 60 girl dolls and 40 boy dolls going to the Davis Lar orphanage in Brazil with a group of 44 students on March 28.
That leaves us with 12 dolls, along with 21 additional dolls that just need to be stitched closed and finished up with hair, necklaces,etc.
The students will be back from Brazil on April 6 and we look forward to hearing about their trip.
